Order Processing
All Luminae pieces are printed and framed to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced before it ships.
Shipping Times
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Total delivery time = production time + shipping time. Please allow up to 2 weeks for most orders.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed please contact us at support@vialuminae.com and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged please contact us at support@vialuminae.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
